A learning game from Liberty Villages Welcome to

Sunny Acres

Grow a farm, raise animals, run real science labs — and become a Farm Engineer. A game where kids learn by doing, not by zoning out.

Ages 6–11 ~15-min sessions Free during early season No ads · no child data
Built differently

Most kids' apps are built to keep them quiet.
Sunny Acres is built to make them curious.

Screen time is precious. Every minute on the farm should leave a child knowing something true — and eager for more.

Curiosity over clicks

We measure whether a child learned something, not how long we kept them tapping.

Safe by design

No ads, no open chat, no data harvesting. A walled garden a parent can trust.

Made with care, grounded in faith

Sunny Acres is made by a Christian education ministry, with care for how kids really learn.

How the farm teaches

Every skill is a
small journey.

1

Play

Kids step onto the farm and start doing — planting, building, tinkering.

2

Learn

A real lesson unlocks — a hands-on science lab with Professor Hazel.

3

Earn

What they learn pays off. New tools, animals, and parts of the farm open up.

4

Grow

Skill builds on skill. The farm — and the child — keeps growing.

See one lesson, start to finish

Watch a child actually learn something.

No adjectives — here is one real lab. What the child does, what clicks, and what they walk away knowing.

Hazel's Pulley Lab

A hay bale is too heavy to lift. The child rigs a pulley, then adds a second one — and sees the effort needed drop by half. That is mechanical advantage, discovered by doing, not by being told.

Ages 6–11NGSS 3-5-ETS1 · Engineering Design~10 min

6 more labs like this inside — cranes, gravity, water, steel and more.

Hazel asks: this bucket is too heavy to lift by hand

The task

"This full bucket of water is too heavy to lift. Can you find a way?"

Adding a movable pulley: the effort meter drops by half

The doing

Kids add a second pulley and watch the effort meter fall.

You predicted easier, and you nailed it

The aha

"Two pulleys = half the pull." Cause and effect, in kid words.

Skill learned: Pulley Master

Now they know

Understands how a pulley trades distance for force.

Inside Sunny Acres

A whole farm to build and run.

Kids grow it, raise it, and engineer it — picking up real skills along the way, from the Barnyard to Creekside Yard.

Grow & build

Plant the farm

Hoe the soil, plant carrots, tomatoes and potatoes, then water and harvest.

Raise animals

Tend the animals

Chickens, cows, ducks, goats and bees — turn what they give into cheese, honey bread and more.

Science labs

Real engineering

Pulleys, gravity, water, cranes and steel — hands-on labs with Professor Hazel.

Earn & win

Become a Farm Engineer

Solve brain puzzles, earn medallions, and grow toward the goal.
